Why exactly does it need to be a chat bot?

It's more comfortable interface for users. You have one interface.

You just added a chatbot and forgot about it. And you have situation like flight delay, that open messenger and use chatbot.

I'll believe it when I see some evidence. I sure as hell would prefer a form. Have you ever used one of those "automated assistant" phone systems? It's a horrible, slow, patronizing experience.
May be) We proceeded from the test data
What are some reasons it shouldn't be a chatbot?
It appears to ask the same three questions regardless. So why not just make it a form with three inputs and a submit button?
I guess my question is what does a form with 3 inputs give you that a chatbot doesn't?
The ability to enter information out of order. The ability to correct my input afterwards. The ability to potentially provide autocomplete for the flight numbers based on previous inputs. The ability to disable submission if the user-provided inputs are known to be wrong before submission. I could go on, but I think you get the point.
The ability to eventually update without adding/changing anything the user sees.

A better resume wicket.

We thought about it. But we solve that it's more comfortable for users. We tested it
Why not both? A chatbot and a simple web form.
Facebook and Telegram does not support forms
