Raise fares and cut costs. Uber has a lot of revenue, but they are wasting it on the self-driving moonshot among other things. Unfortunately this will mean firing a big chunk of those 14k employees but if the company goes bankrupt they will all be unemployed. Acknowledge the reality that Uber will not conquer the world and is not worth seventy billion dollars by taking a down round (assuming they need to raise money). |
