Using a competitor's trademark in your marketing slogan, is that wise?

I would appreciate if the mods would change the title of this post. It's misleading and clickbait. I was expecting an article about how Google Forms works offline, and was curious why someone would even want such a thing. All I got was a marketing site.
Isn't this a tool _for_ Google Forms that makes them available offline?
Maybe you're right. This wasn't clear to me since I clicked the screen shots and it appeared to show a distinct product.

I am seeing several things I associate with a project that is thinking about commercializing. If this is the case, it seems like rocky territory either way.

Correct, it's a tool and not an official Google product (which should be obvious from the domain)
