This is fairly important information. In my experience most people go to bed much later so saying you get up at 3am is, rightly or wrongly, automatically associated with too little sleep. You get around 7 hours of sleep per night which is quite healthy and probably a more meaningful data point.

My alarm is actually set for 4:30 am, but my internal clock wakes me up between 3-4 for some reason. I do think I can use better sleep, but I think diet affects that significantly.
