Yup! I am mostly in agreement. What is scary, I'd say, is that we do have many regulations and legal checks and prosecutors and laws and so on and so forth here... ... they just aren't enforced at all on the big dogs who are doing all the crazy shit. You have to be as wreckless as Enron to even get a taste of post-hoc legal smackdown, and even then, the damage is still done. |
