You can bikeshed interviewing processes that leave out this or that potential candidate forever. And any candidate who bombs in any kind of interview could turn out to be the next Einstein. There is no one-size-fits-all interview technique; if there was, it would be used all over the place. Good interviewing techniques are about playing the numbers, not leaving no programmer behind. |
