Thank you for this. I never knew about this, and it's always nice to have a sense that you are noticing a bias despite conscious efforts to make sure youre attempting to be objective about noticing the bias, and then find out its long since been defined and accepted as an issue. Does not happen all the time, and sometimes I am wrong, but feels validating when it does. |
