You can still buy alphabet shares with voting rights, they trade at a ~3% premium. (GOOG vs GOOGL) Facebook is a different case, but in the examples prominently mentioned in the article, Google and Amazon are featured and they both give voting rights to stockholders, as does Microsoft. |
