No, they are saying, more or less "Hey, having to support a tiny fraction of our users that are on 32 bit causes us a whole lot of problems, so, since we don't have the guts to tell these customers to switch to 64 bit, we are telling Microsoft what they should do in order to totally remove the inferior OS architecture." |
