I think the challenge you are facing can be resolved, but only through accepting the risks of social awkwardness. The fact that you are reaching out to people is good. Don't stop. Find the people willing to listen and keep talking until you figure it out. Some people can't handle it and they will naturally peel away. Don't panic when this happens and don't blame yourself (or them) for having a real issue that you need to work out. Keep reaching out to people, not chatbots. Soon enough, you will have sorted out your true friends (and you will also make new friends). The work you need to do lies in finding out who you are through the eyes of other people. One more thing, don't do this on the internet. Go meet people in person. Finally, we all need human touch. If you are not getting that, you will be angry because it is a need we all share. When you get touch, chemicals are released in your brain and you feel better. If you can't get this through other means, book a legal massage once a week.
