Thank you Nash :) - I actually love anything that deals with customer support. It gives me a lot of insight and makes me feel rewarded. - Yup, I fully fully agree. Machines can break. When I talk in terms of being a machine, I talk in terms of reliability, not over-working yourself. It's good to be reliable+ consistent. Avoiding burnout is certainly key. |
