I can't tell if this is sarcastic? We consider this a full-time job, and our benefits and salary are that of a full-time job. We don't try to compete with e.g. Amazon or Facebook on salary but we are probably at or above the median salary of software developers as a whole. I personally make about 2/3 of the salary from my previous job. |
