Be that as it may, the OP never mentioned where he is working from. As you probably already know, labor laws and business culture differ depending on where you live. For instance, I live and work in Saudi Arabia right now, and there is a lot of red tape around firing Saudis in the workplace--even wages are partly determined by your country of origin. |
