I don't think it is a trivial situation. I think you are being pragmatic moving over if some dude gets antsy behind you. Road rage is serious business. I think intent is hard to guess and we err on the side of caution. You are right that you open yourself up to mistakes if you weave and dodge through traffic. Tough call sometimes. |
