That's great, but you're really overestimating the coping capabilities of people with ADHD - which is defined in relation to causing significant difficulties with ones life. And then there are all of the poor coping strategies which one comes up with over time that can minimise obvious problems while magnifying underlying ones. Medication makes a huge difference. Would you say the same to a diabetic? If not, why would you say that to someone with ADHD? |

I would not say no medication to a diabetic but I would say to adhere to a good lifestyle and diet to minimize medications if possible.
