At one company I interviewed the director of development was wearing bermuda shorts, flip flops and a worn out T shirt. As I looked around, most all employees were in shorts. All work in a common area. When I started working I had my own private office and wore a shirt and tie at least. Fridays were "casual" - no tie. I liked it better like that. |
