While I do agree that crypto-currencies might be a bit overblown, if you're right at 2% if HN readers having them, I'm actually more inclined to believe the OP is right. That's a lot of people. To me though, the only thing crypto-currencies currently are good for is buying illegal drugs on the internet. There just isn't any reason to use them over regular money the rest of the time. |
