You can use telegram without a phone. If you want to use WhatsApp on the PC, your mobile phone must be online. Last year I lost access to my WhatsApp profile simply because I changed country and reset my phone without transferring the number to a local number first. Support couldn't help. This kind of situation wouldn't happen with telegram. Just login with username / password online. |
