I like GAE for low traffic websites. The free tier is quite generous, and can serve up a small business site (or 5), no problem. I run one for my personal site, and use it as a proxy to my home server.
Only problem is: You gotta play by their rules. The databases, in particular. Datastore was weird to get used to.
