>it's more cost effective to just hire them as direct employees it also makes it easier to bring them later (after 1 year) into US on L1 without all these limitation of H1 like prevailing wage, yearly cap, spouse of L1 can work, GC seems to be easier (at least that seemed to be the case 10 years ago when I last paid attention to immigration) |
