Time-restricted eating is not about skipping breakfast, but to shorten window for eating[0]. In fact if you move your feeding window later in a day it can bring adverse effect.

Ketosis might be harmful[1]. For some people this might be dangerous[2]

There is not such thing as perfect diet, or "trick" that works for everyone. Problem with diets is that long term results are difficult to measure.
