I lost 100 lbs in a year just by eating 1500 calories a day. No heavy exercise needed. Just go for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk a day consistently and eat 1500 calories a day or less consistently. You just have to be patient and consistent. You will lose 10 pounds a month max, so don't try to force more weight loss than that. |
