I am trying to work out what tool I should use for a simple small cold email campaign (eg 100 - 500 emails over 3 months). I have read that you should not use an email from your website domain as your domain may be marked as a spam source. The emails will be acquired by manually searching for relevant contacts in a specific industry.

A "tool" won't pass the Human/Robot sniff test. The most convinvcing messages are still written individually, using points of connection and social proof.

If you are worried that you'll might end marked as spam, then don't send e-mails that people might see as spam...
