Ugh. Provocative, radical idea that is founded upon overly-simple, faulty assumptions. To think that the author's three categories for teams are the only three, and that standup communication only takes the forms he describes is just hubris, and leads to dangerous advice.

The author identified three potential pitfalls of stand ups and suggested not doing them if you fit into those three categories. Title comes off as a blanket statement, but I didn't get that feeling from the rest of the article.
