This was my life till 2011 when I renegotiated my contract to work mornings only (5 hours). That gave me afternoons off with benefit of stress-free commute home. It wasn't easy to get the arrangement but I started off with two days of the week at first and then upped it to all five days. If you can tolerate reduction in income, that's a respectable arrangement to start off with. |
