Wouldn't it be nice if schools were funded enough to provide every child with a full stomach, which is very helpful when you're trying to learn something, and the adults training to become soldiers would have to pay for their own meals instead? Or, why not pay for them both with taxes? How in the hell can you expect a child to learn while hungry? |
