I don't have ton of experience, but I've gotten about an interview a week since I started looking for a job. I started by applying to 20 or 30 jobs a day, once I got a few interviews I slowed down. I'm currently interviewing with a small company and I'll be doing a face-to-face with them next week. I know it's hard to get feedback when you don't get an interview in the first place, but how does your resume look? You can have a lot of great stuff on there without giving enough specific points to generate interest. Or, you could not be applying to enough jobs. Job searching is tough and un-fun, good luck out there! |
