This is making me wonder if it might be a viable/useful construction technique on Earth, depending on how hard it is to make the Martian soil simulant.

If I've understood this correctly, Martian compressed soil is supposedly much better than Adobe due to its iron nanoparticles?
yeah was more a general answer to the innovative process of mixing texture with the mud
