Out of curiosity, what was the reason for the partial fast? And how did it affect you? +1 on the giant salad for minimal calories! If you don't use traditional, calorie packed dressings you can really fill up on a small amount of calories since lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers are such low calorie foods. |
