Yep, because we (US/Western Europe) have a good legal system that supports this. This is also why we don't have Nigerian pirates in the US. It's also why our math/science teachers suck. The good ones would rather work in the private sector. They had great math teachers in the soviet union because they didn't have AmaGooFaceSoft competing for talent. |
