Have you written up any notes about your conventions/system in org-mode? I'd be really interested to read more from you about this, as I'm using org-mode as well, and it's really helpful reading about how other people are putting it to work for them (I'm fairly new to org-mode myself, and at the moment my conventions are fairly loose.)

I haven't written anything up, specifically. I have been thinking about it though. I did do a lot of research on other's org-mode habits and configurations, spent countless hours constructing my own setup, and also getting used to it.

It would be a worthwhile exercise to write about it, it would give me a chance to refine some loose ends as well.
