You mean like the Dasung Paperlike[0]? Consensus from the writers I know is it's pretty awesome. Not a lot of programmers use them at this point because it's black and white, so there's no syntax highlighting. It's also powered and connected via USB, so there is a delay when typing fast that could drive some programmers crazy.
