It is more targeted towards people that know some JS but want to learn ES6 or are struggling with parts of ES6. It is a quick mini-book focused on ES6 with some refresher of more advanced-ish JS concepts like hoisting and closures. It says 7 days, but you could easily digest the content in a weekend :) I'd recommend you check out other resources first then comeback.
