While I generally agree with you, I do not think control is the best route, but rather guidance. Oppressing/bottling high energy individuals is destructive on the long run even if it seems otherwise at the beginning. Directing this energy into a constructive path however is more beneficial to the individuals themselves as well as the communities they live in. |
