I'm shocked GitLab mustered the courage to tell an employee they "do not have the company's best interests in mind" after said employee moved to a new city, with its coworkers, and agrees to put in +10h/day of work. That's all assuming it is true, which honestly sounds like it is. I have seen that happen. Pretty disappointed. |
