	Yeah, this policy is very clearly meant to curb immigration, not H1B abuse.

Can you explain why that is? I'm not clear on how that's the case.

Tech workers have been complaining about H1B abuse since its inception.

Trump should be given credit for finally doing something about instead of Trump-deranged people looking for phantom motives.
