Ah, interesting. A colleague had a similar experience to me getting an Audi (his lease doesn't extend beyond the H-1B expiration) so I wonder if the regulation is tightened up by now. Then again, maybe statistically people on fiancee visas are more likely to end up with permanent residency than people on H1B? |
