Given that Fordism was invented to stabilize and rejuvenate a crisis-ridden form of capitalism, this is a very good sign. The union would also want to work with VCs, since they're the real managers in the industry. Startup companies come and go, but VCs and giant firms (Google, Apple, Microsoft) last. |
