Agreed. But I think the OP first needs to touch 100-110 and that in turn can cause him to either start enjoying the job (extrinsic motivation) or given his credentials be able to find a new gig before he is shown the door. He must take note from this important point you raise that he has a good enough runway as opposed to an infinite one!
