Saleae also has better ESD and voltage protection on their units than this EVB does. I'd be afraid to see what -15VDC does on some of these GPIO pins. Plus the newer units can also have 1 or more analog channels. While having a live view of the data would be nice, I've found that 99% of my work with the Logic doesn't really need it. |
