Procrastination is basically you being out of alignment with what you really want to be doing. On a larger scale that just that task that you are wanting to do at the moment. I've found that when I align myself mentally, spiritually and physically with what I feel I truly should be doing, procrastination reduces dramatically. That's a hard thing to do, though. Takes a lot of thinking and meditation. But it's achievable. |
