Really the right answer was to be taken way back when they decided to put their courses online. They should have budgeted the right amount not only to record and serve these courses, but to also observe this applicable law. Having come this far without doing so, this situation becomes a reasonable response. And I think everyone knows that it is not ideal. What would be even better is if the new host would make them ADA accessible, or ask someone to do so for them (or other solution). |
