Stability, good pay, interesting work. Software is a second career for me, my first one was a lot more sexy but a LOT less stable. I am thriving with the stability of working in software and getting paid quite well for it. To me, it's less important what I'm working on than who I'm working with, and the people in software have been great so far! |
