How does that affect the quality of the game?

Availability is an issue - I can't get the game.

Nintendo needs to improve this - I wanted the Wii back in 2006/2007 and finally gave up trying to get one retail, and never bought the console.

I'm not a serious gamer, I game casually when I do, but that's a lost sale.
