ARM, not AMD. But yep, AMD is in PS4 and Xbox One. Nintendo Switch looks like an Nvidia Tegra though (ARM).

ARM isn't used for the main CPU for the PS4 or Xbox One, both run customized APUs using x86-64, just like AMD's consumer APU offerings.
