Unless I'm misunderstanding something, a 360 review doesn't require this kind of ranking. A 360 review just indicates that you're getting feedback/reviews from all directions relative to the org chart (manager, reports, peers, etc). What you do with that feedback and if you stack rank or something similar is what creates the zero-sum game. |
