I have been struggling to get into the flow for the same reason that I have trouble getting into meditation: I have bulging disks and chronic pain. I can never completely focus on anything these days because I am constantly focusing on the pain. Does anyone else with chronic pain have advice for getting into a flow state without being interrupted by pain? |
