The UK already refuses to extradite for criminal proceedings where the death penalty is a possibility. It must specifically be denied as an option for sentence prior to extradition being arranged. Having said that, what I've heard about the federal prison system makes me think that a coupe of injections and a permanent nap might actually be more humane. /s |
