These events could not have happened without the CEO himself setting an example and establishing an unwritten policy in the company about how to deal with such issues. It is not a matter of one person or team or manager or event. The series of events establish a pattern. The investigation will just be an eye-wash, with a gentle firing of a low level HR executive and some new internal policies that will be disregarded immediately. |
