Tech companies in the US are extremely profitable and there is a stronger demand vs lower supply than in Europe.
A typical tech company in France usually manage to make $100k of revenue per employee, so it is understandable that they can't pay them more than $60k on average.
Then it's "market rate". Foreign companies just have to pay what local companies do. |
